changing your image

So alot of people say that they want to change their image for the next school year or next semester right well what happens when you change your image and people start to judge you on it like I always wear darker clothes nothing like the bright pink or orange or yellow always blues browns blacks things like that the cool colours bout for some reason now the brighter colours appeal to me and the alternative look .so like now some of the girls that I go riding with they are calling me emo and like a girly girl wtf like just because Iv been doing my hair, makeup and changed to brighter colours they just assume like Im on drugs and crap like what the heck there are plenty of people who do that and yet they dont do drugs and all that and now that Iv retaken a interest in guitar some people are saying im trying to be something Im not well who cares what they think everyone is different in some way or another the world would be a boring place if everyone looks dressed and acted to same way and there isnt anything wrong with standing out in a group I admit Im the shy one and dont talk alot but i wanna get out of that cuz I really am outgoing if im with the right people if you know what I mean half the time im shy cuz I think Ill say something stupid and ya..... I dont have alot of confidence in myself except for when Im riding Ill get on any horse no matter what if it bucks rears anything this one girl I ride with Alexis is like that too they call us the fearless duo :P I dont wanna be like everyone else though and wearing the designer cloths -cough even though I do at times - but like the alternative stuff the bright colours with stripes and pockadots things like that and i really like the bootcut jeans not so much skinny jeans well I do like them but wouldnt wear them :P I like the bootcut jeans cuz it makes our calfs look smaller and they'r just nice looking jeans haha I have I think like three or four pairs of them :P but anyways whats your opinion on people changing their "image"
