A heart pumps blood through your veins, its what keeps you alive
Emotionally....
A heart is fragile,
if dropped it could shatter into a million pieces,
love is giving someone your heart
and trusting them not to"drop" it
A heart is precious
it cant be given away in such a form as it once was
A heart gives a sense of compassion
you should put a piece of your heart into everything you do in life
A heart can easily be broken
trust me it happens and it hurts
A heart holds you'r dearest close to you
and your enemies closer
A heart is full of love
My heart was broken once
but then I found a prince charming who mended it
now my heart beats for this prince
just boiling in my blood
my heart belongs to you
my heart is yours

Did you know it actually is possible to die from a broken heart? When a loved one dies, or if you break up a deep relationship, a fatal dose of hormones can race form your brain to your hear and simulate a hear attack.
So ya, the heart is your soul's best friend. It's got to be strong to hold the love it does, to hold the sadness, and loss, but all those emotions build up, tire out the heart, and makes it hurt all the more when someone loses their grip it. It's a beautiful thing, a loving thing, but dangerous for love.

Love is so dangerous. There is a condition where you actually can die, you start having heart failure, because of all the horrible events that have happened to you. It was on an episode of scrubs.
