Dont close your eyes or we'll fade away

I like to think that in life
everything happens for a reason
through better or for worst,
however
if everything happens for a reason


would you go back to the worst day of your childhood
go back to the first time you heart was breaking
and be thankful for all those tears that you cried
with your heart wide open
would you relive all those hard times where you wanted to do something stupid

Would you really go back through all of this to be the person you are today ?
who you are today lies apon what actions took place in your past for better of for worst
through all those bad times and good times

before I would have said no I wouldn't go through it all again
but now with the way things are
I'm glade I went to this school
and I am , I am thankful for all those tears and the day my heart was breakin'
because with all those tears and all those fears I had to face it lead me to you in the end
and a couple new friends along the way



Someone once told me "These are the best years of you life and the years you'll always remember so make the best of it and don't do what I did and forget all the great that became of it through thick and thin don't forget even if its something you wish you could get ride of ,don't forget because its going to make you who you are in the future and you'll look back and see how cavalier you used to be within all your insanity , basically make the best of the next couple years of your life " and when he told me that it stuck with me for a long time


ya we all have been though those hard times
or will be
but its all worth it in the end
because at the end of the road you dont know what lies ahead for you in the future even when you wanna give up hope ,
your hearts been broken,
or what ever the situation
dont give up on it and always remember , remember all those stupid crazy waky things you did because we'll never get these last couple years back so make the most of it , dont close your eyes or we'll fade away
