So take the time to use every breath god gives you,
full of good intentions

Laughing is a good form of therapy
Not enough people laugh enough everybody,takes things in a more serious manner
So laugh whenever you get a chance Laugh as if you'll die today

Love
Love is something brought up from within a persons soul
To hate someone is easy,To love someone that takes courage
Love someone with all your heart

Hugs
Hug at least one person a day
It shows you care about them
you never know it could brighten someones day
Hug your friends and family , maybe even a stranger every chance you get

Dont worry
Dont worry about the future
live your life for all it is in the here and now state
leave the future to well the future


Cry
cry every now and then
let it all out not just the little tears
I mean the big emotional crying let it all out to face
your struggles, weaknesses
you may even find yourself stronger in the end



because I know at 16 its hard to see past friday night,
you have so much going for you going right
its time to look through the looking glass
see the result of this life's artwork, its masterpiece
